Terms and Conditions

By booking our events using one of the methods listed below you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any payments. Once a payment is made the terms and conditions apply:

• Adventure Challenge Events Ltd accept no responsibility for any injury incurred whilst undertaking the challenge.
• We strongly recommend that you get your own insurance to cover you for any injury incurred on the challenge.
• If necessary, you should gain advice from your GP as to whether you are physically prepared to undertake the challenge. You should also understand that you will only undertake any of the challenges on the event if you feel that you are physically able to do so.
• You will be asked to sign an indemnity form on the day in order to participate.
• The booking fee is non refundable.
• In the event of Adventure Challenge Events Ltd cancelling due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances the booking fee is transferable between events.
• Adventure Challenge Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by participants for cancelled events.
